Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order. We have a 30-day return policy on items purchased that you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. Refunds will be issued once items are received by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returned items. Sale items and custom orders may not be returned. There are no returns on quilting items (backing, batting, etc.) that are part of a finished quilt. All items returned must be in their original resalable condition (i.e free of smoke odor, animal hair, etc.).
Order cancellation requests - Please note that we strive to provide our customers with a quick shipping service. We will do our best to accommodate order cancellation requests, but often times the fabric is already somewhere in the process of being cut, boxed up, and shipped. We will try our best to accommodate order cancellations when the order has not been cut or shipped. A 20% restocking fee will apply to order cancellations if the fabric has already been cut, but not shipped. Order cancellations are not available once the order has shipped.
