Returns & Refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@opnquilting.com. Please wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags (if applicable), and in resalable condition—free of smoke odors, animal hair, or other damage. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We cannot accept returns on:

Sale items or gift cards

Custom, personalized, or special orders

Backing, batting, or other materials incorporated into a finished quilt
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we specifically agree to provide a prepaid label. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds & exchanges
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
For an exchange, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement once your return is approved.
Order cancellations
We process orders quickly and will accommodate cancellations when possible.

Before fabric is cut or the order ships: Cancellation may be available.

After fabric is cut, but before shipping: A 20% restocking fee applies.

After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled.
European Union orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges and return shipping expenses are not eligible to be refunded.
