Shipping policy

Most orders ship via either USPS First Class/Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We may offer additional shipping services upon request. We ship using insured shipping methods with tracking. We recommend that you do the same when you ship your quilts to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Goods purchased orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. Quilting services orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after quilting services have been completed (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak times there may be additional delays in shipping times. If you need to edit or change an order, please contact us immediately to see if this is still possible before shipping. 

International Shipping -

Orders are typically shipped USPS International Mail and usually take 1-3 weeks from shipment date. Any import customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to provide estimates on customs, duties, or taxes. We also can't control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any foreign country.
